Secure Your Package
Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and include all certificates, appraisals, and warranty cards before placing it inside a secure shipping carton.
Ship to Korman
Affix the provided insured label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, we will process your full refund or exchange credit to your original payment method within 7 business days.
